Ugandan singer Kibaale Richard, known by his real name Ricardo Omuto and stage name Ricardo Wo, embarked on his musical journey at the age of 5, becoming the first male Pop star in Uganda at that time.
In 2006, he created his debut song titled “Nafe tuli baana.” Subsequently, he collaborated with Ugandan artist Abdul Mulaasi on tracks like “Abantu Bazibu” and “It’s Me,” both released in 2009.
Richard organized children’s music events featuring fellow young artists such as Baby Gloria and Little Tammy. In 2010, he performed for the King of Buganda and, in 2018, for the King of the Kingdom of Kamuswaaga. He also participated in various festivals, including the Kids Green Festival, Embuutu Yembutikizi of New Vision, Enkuuka of Cbs fm, Mr. Party Festival, Ekiggunda of Simba Fm, among others.
In 2020, he pursued admission to the Berklee College of Music.
