Sam Ssemwogerere, recognized by the stage name Zuli Tums, is a Ugandan musician, songwriter, and audio producer affiliated with Blacqavay. Born and raised in the village of Lukumbi in the Nakaseke district, he began his academic journey at Ronnie and Violah Nursery School.
Zuli Tums pursued his primary education at Kamwokya Islamic, followed by O level studies at Kololo Secondary School. For A level, he attended Kololo High, marking the culmination of his formal education.
