King Saha disclosed the fellow musicians who have contributed Shs3 million each to secure tables at his upcoming concert on Friday, December 8. During an appearance on NBS After 5, he mentioned that B2C (also known as Kampala Boys), Lydia Jazmine, Rema Namakula, and Spice Diana had already made their payments. He also indicated that Sheebah Karungi, whom he considers a best friend, and Eddy Kenzo might make their payments soon.
Several artists have shown their support for Saha’s concert, titled “Ebiseera Ebyo,” through promotional videos. The event is scheduled to take place at Hotel Africana in Kampala, with additional shows planned in Mukono, Lukaya, Mbarara, Masaka, and Lyantonde.
The concert’s name is derived from Saha’s new song, “Ebiseera Ebyo,” produced by D’Mario. The track, uploaded on YouTube on August 11, holds significance for Saha as it reflects on the journeys many have undertaken.
Originally, King Saha had planned a concert named “Zakayo Live Concert” on February 14, but it was postponed due to his illness. The Zakayo hitmaker, whose real name is Mansour Ssemanda, fell sick during the festive season and spent some days at Nakasero Hospital.
King Saha, known for his versatility in music genres including Zouk, RnB, Reggae, Afrobeat, and Bossanova, was born in 1989 and held his first concert in 2014. At the time of scheduling the concert, his song “Zakayo” was a hit, leading many to believe he could fill the void left by the late Moses Nakintije Ssekibogo, aka Mozey Radio, of the Goodlyfe Crew, due to their similar voices. Some of his other popular songs include “Biri Biri,” “Gundeeze,” “Sssala Puleesa,” “Sivaawo,” “On My Way,” “Hullo Hullo,” “Teddy Tereza,” and “Bantu Baffe.”
