Daddy Andre, born Andrew Ojambo, is a renowned Ugandan singer, songwriter, record producer, and artist recognized for his multilingual singing abilities. Born on August 12, 1980, in Nsambya, located in the eastern region of Uganda, Daddy Andre’s passion for music ignited at the age of 16, fueled by his ambition to become a Ugandan music sensation.
Commencing his music career in 2010 as a producer, Daddy Andre crafted numerous tracks for his clientele. Notably, he extended his talent to writing lyrics for various artists, including Sheeba, Bebe Cool, Desire Luzinda, Ceasorous, Mun G, among others. Recognizing his aptitude for lyricism, Daddy Andre transitioned from mimicking international artists, particularly in the dancehall genre, to pursuing a career as a singer.
