Kiggundu Bruno, widely recognized by the stage name Bruno K, gained prominence after securing the second position in the Airtel Trace Star music contest. Recently, he achieved further recognition by winning an award in the Rising Star Awards.
Initially known as Boogie, Bruno K decided to adopt the stage name Bruno K on the advice of his manager, who emphasized the importance of using his actual name to be taken seriously in the music industry.
Having commenced his musical journey 18 years ago, Bruno K began singing alongside his father in a church choir. Over time, he extended his musical pursuits to schools, actively participating in MDD (Music, Dance, and Drama) shows, contributing significantly to the enhancement of his artistic skills.
In 2015, Bruno K experienced a breakthrough in his career when he participated in the Airtel Trace challenge, securing the second position and marking a promising start to his musical journey.
